Tojy is an experienced Financial and Operational Officer with over 20 years of financial management, including 9 years with top tier accounting firms (including the “Big 4”) and 10 years with not-for-profit institutions.
Financial management experience includes valuing businesses, providing accounting forensic services for largely litigation and fraud cases, financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions and preparing and monitoring budgets. As a consultant, he has worked for various industries including healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, petroleum, and information technology throughout the country and internationally.
Tojy has also worked as an Associate Pastor and CFO for multi-site churches providing spiritual and administrative support. Administrative support included overseeing finances, facilities, information technology and campus development.
He has served on leadership teams to provide guidance in significant decisions regarding the church and related ministries. Tojy has also been involved in various capital campaigns for launching campuses and reducing debt. He enjoys implementing processes and technology to bring efficiency in how organizations pursue their mission and goals.
Tojy has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in Theological Studies. He helps TSG clients forecast their financial opportunities and challenges in the context of mission and vision, as well as operational implications that impact those forecasts.
He is married and has 3 incredible kids. Tojy lived a significant portion of his childhood in the Middle East region and enjoys exploring different cultures.
