Jeff serves TSG clients as a Senior Consultant in Stewardship and Leadership. He consults, coaches, and advises in the areas of fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and organizational development to help ministries, churches, and other organizations achieve their goals and create future sustainability.
He is the former Executive Director of Development for World Vision USA. Prior to that role, he served in Advisor and Director roles at both Regional and International levels in Development and Philanthropy for the International Bible Society, Wycliffe USA, the American Bible Society, and the Christian Missionary Alliance Church denomination. He has served in pastoral capacities at multiple churches, and his past board involvement includes Global Mapping International (Colorado Springs, Colorado), Compassion Justice Chair (Pacific Southwest Conference, Evangelical Covenant Church denomination), and Korean Community of Christian Churches (Los Angeles, California).
He has also taught a Church Planters Fundraising course for Talbot School of Theology at Biola University.
Jeff holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, concentrating in Nonprofit Management for International Development from Eastern University and a B.A. in Religious Education with a Missiology minor from Northwest Baptist College. He is an ordained minister in the Southern Baptist Convention (Tulsa, Oklahoma) and a licensed minister with Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Jeff also received certification as a board governance consultant from BoardSource, Washington, DC.
Jeff and his wife, Rachel, a Ph.D. and Psy.D. licensed private marriage and family psychologist, live in Irvine, California. They have two children, Brooke and Britney.
