Glenn has deep experience in both corporate and non-profit executive management. He started companies and ministries from humble beginnings to world class organizations that thrived with multi digit annual growth rates in an organized and effective manner. As founder and CEO, Glenn started a transaction processing company that grew into a privately held $2 billion operation that was ultimately sold to a large publicly traded bank (Fifth-Third Bank in Ohio). Glenn started two other organizations after National Bankcard Association and today is Executive Director of a the International School of Entrepreneurial Leadership providing training to Indian Universities with a graduate level program to start new enterprises. Today ISOEL has graduated over 300 students and initiated dozens of startups through ISOEL.
Glenn holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from DBTS and is finishing his PhD in Leadership from Gonzaga University. Glenn is married with four adult children, nine grandchildren and lives in Washington.
