Brian Bennett is an accomplished speaker, trainer, and writer with over thirty years of experience in strengthening leaders, building teams, implementing strategy, developing and teaching curriculum, creating impactful events and designing transformational programming. Years of experience in working in a variety of settings with individuals and groups of all sizes has allowed Brian to be a strong resource for what works and what doesn’t for realizing individual, and team potential.

Brian is a self-proclaimed ‘Cultural Anthropologist”.  As a strong believer in the power of team leadership, and how that can positively affect the culture of any organization, he has created the “Wingman Mindset”.  “Wingman” is based on years of information gathered from interviewing second-in-command type leaders from all kinds of businesses, and organizations. Brian interviewed high-profile ministry leaders like John Ortberg and Lee Strobel, NFL quarterback Jon Kitna, PGA Tour caddies, and former Vice President of the United States, Dan Quayle.

Brian has been able to carry the Wingman Mindset into a variety of organizations including Fifth Third Bank, DK Bicycle, US Department of Energy, The US Army and Air Force, Teradata, Nationwide Insurance, and many others.

Brian frequently shares that “Wingman is not a ‘canned’ program. It has been developed in a way to allow adaptability to the specific needs of any organization.”

Brian is the proud father of 3 sons. He currently lives in the Cincinnati/Dayton area of Ohio.

“I feel as a manager it was one of the best things we have done for our employees. Many people say they must build their employees, but with Brian training, it did not just build them as employees but it helped them in their personal lives too.

It is very hard to find this type of training; well come to think of it, I do not know anyone who has done this type of training. I work in the bicycle industry, which is full of extreme type people and attitudes. The type of responses I got back from the employees was awesome. I truly feel they understand how, why, and when we do things at our company now and it has really helped with the morale of the entire team.

Chris Keller, Vice President, DK Bicycles/System Cycle

He has a real talent for helping people. This has really changed the outlook of our employees and made a big difference in the overall company moral.”

“Brian Bennett’s “Defining Moments” presentation is truly inspiring. As he helps you to identify the moments that define your life, he weaves in his own personal stories of success and failure with his message which keeps his audience very engaged.
